I have always appreciated the art of creating with my hands, whether it's cooking, crafting or gardening. I believe in giving the utmost attention to anything I create, especially those things I create.
As a culinary professional and artisan, I enjoy preparing recipes and hand-crafing self-care products which supports my customer's wellness goals. Whether the goal is to adopt a vegetarian, vegan, raw food lifestyle, I show them how to integrate new recipes into their eating plan and have fun while doing it. I allow my customers to choose what's right for them and their families.

At 26 years old, Regina received her introduction to the world of culinary arts at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. Her interest in becoming an entrepreneur led her to open her own full-service catering business servicing clients such as Ravinia Festival, National Black McDonald's Operators Association, The Harold Washington Library 100 Black Men of Chicago, Draper & Kramer and Northfield Park District. Later in her career, she re-discovered a love for growing herbs and vegetables, a talent she learned from her parents. This passion led her to a significant partnership with the Oak Park Botanic Garden.
In 2006, she partnered with Inspired Chef, a direct marketing company and division of Whirlpool, where she operated a full-time personal chef service provided private culinary, wine pairings classes for clients. In 2010, Regina researched and implemented a raw food diet which she attributed to transforming her life. She discovered the healing power of an unaltered plant-based diet and immediately noticed tremendous changes in her overall health.
In 2015, Regina launched her organic body care line which includes hand-crafted luxuries for bath, body and home. Her wellness products has received rave reviews from organic and green beauty bloggers and customers alike. She attributes the growing popularity of her product line to her ability to pair essential oils ingredients to create beautifully aromatic scents for her customers. Additionally, her culinary training and knowledge of herbs, flowers and oils provided the foundation for research and development of her products.
Today, Regina has been embraced a plant-based diet. She has a passion for helping others realign their bodies through food and wellness products, bringing harmony to mind, body and spirit. In 2017, she took her career even further by completing Level 1, 2 & 3 Raw Foods Chef and Educator Certification, under the tutelage of Raw Food Pioneer Alissa Cohen. In an effort to support and serve clients of her local food bank, Regina volunteers as a Nutritional Education Food Demo Leader at the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry, offering healthy recipe options through live food demonstrations. Although she does not consider herself a healthy lifestyle "evangelist", it gives her absolute joy to share the good news of plant-based living.
