A Vegan Valentine's Dinner Event was a smashing sold out event. Guests traveled from as far as Los Angeles to dine with Chef Regina and enjoy her vegan culinary delights. The evenings's menu included a 4-course prix fixe menu offering - Roasted Radicchio & Grapefruit Salad with Ginger Peach Vinagrette, Maryland-inspired Vegan Crabless Cake with Roasted Red Pepper Remoulade, Sauvignon Blanc Oyster Mushroom Risotto, a Decadent Chocolate-Espresso Cashew Cheesecake and Hazelnut "Ice Cream", Select Red & White Wines and a Champagne Toast to complete the evening's event. Each of our guests was sent home a goody bag which included a copy of Chef Regina's book, "FEED: Living Food Recipes to be Made and Eaten with Love".
